Saat ini PT Wilmar Consultancy Services (WCS) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Business Analyst – Middle Office

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the design and standardization of effective and efficient flow processes by:
• Identify, analyze, review, and monitor effective and efficient business processes in a non-SAP project
• Designing an effective and efficient flow process
• Implementation of business process
• Providing assistance/ support and reviews of user requests related to non-SAP application programs on JIRA tickets as follows:
• Change request (CR)
• Problem solving, providing solutions / directions to users regarding new business processes.
• Check and solved issue submitted by user via JIRA ticket
• Responsible for discussing/ making the flow process/ blue print/ SIT / UAT and implementing a project
• Creating business process/ blue print/ SIT/ UAT documentation

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Economics, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Finance Accounting, Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English actively is a must
• Fast learner, able to work independently & deliver effectively as a team
• Has strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Understand flow process operational of factory and operate system
• Understand Microsoft Visio/ Excel/ Word/ Powerpoint.

2. SAP Analyst

Responsibilities :

• To identify client needs and business process to be able to provide excellent solution and consultancy services.
• Responsible for transforming business requirements into functional specifications and for ensuring that requirements are complete and well understood.
• Work with the project team to ensure that all SAP designs are correct and that customizations are only made as required by the business
• Will assist his/her senior to create functional specification, Configuration Testing, and assist his/her senior in conducting SIT and UAT.
• Must be able to create project documentation.
• Initiate and participate in pro-active support activities with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction levels and reducing re-occurring incidents
• Perform customizing modules if required
• Focus on assigned systems/modules & related tickets to assist in all of the above-needed tasks

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance, Accounting, Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English
• Fast learner, able to work independently & deliver effectively as a team
• Has strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply

3. Junior & Senior Programmer

Responsibilities :

• Identify & developed application base on predefined business requirements.
• Designs, custom develops, codes, and test complex programs.
• Responsible to complete assigned task by target date.
• Managing Database Systems.
• Providing Tech Support.
• Handle integration of business process and procedure
• Maintain & handle trouble shooting bug fixing for developed application
• Create report to meet need of business

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Familiar with OOP
• Experience in C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, and familiar with .Net Core MVC, .Net Framework MVC
• Having basic knowledge in Java (Spring and Hibernate), HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript.
• Experience in REST API
• Experience in SQL Query (SQL Server/MySQL)
• Additional skill in Mobile Development (Android/iOS) is a plus point
• Able to communicate in English actively is a plus point
• Fast learner, able to work independently, under pressure & deliver effectively as a team.

4. Project Manager

Responsibilities :

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a detailed
• Project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Economics, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Finance Accounting, Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English actively is a must
• Fast learner, able to work independently & deliver effectively as a team
• Has strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Understand business process in plantation area/ industry is preferred
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Job Location for Jakarta & Medan Office

5. Mobile Developer

Responsibilities :

• Develop quality software, mobile, and web applications
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience
• Mastering mobile programming (iOS & Android)
• Development experience with programming languages
• Familiar with RDMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
• Java springboot / MVC Skill for twms is preferred
• Able to asp.net c# skills can consider learn for Java
• Able to communicate in English actively is a must
• Candidate must be domiciled in Jakarta

6. Networking

Responsibilities :

• Analyze system functions and failures to isolate and define problem areas
• Monitor the reachability of all connections within the network adhering to circuit restoral priorities and initiate troubleshooting to restore full network capability
• Monitor system performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response
• Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken
• Provide on-site and telephonic technical services necessary to insure the continuing operation and optimization of the network

Job Requirements :

• Candidate have minimum educational background of D3/S1 Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in network i.e. LAN & WAN administration, firewall administration, load balancers administration, IP routing protocol administration, VLAN
• Experience in implementing and supporting Cisco, Aruba switches and Palo Alto Firewalls
• Strong Communication Skills
• Attentive to details and willingness to learn
• Able to multitask and work under tight schedule
