PT Insera Sena di Sidoarjo, Indonesia, di mana kami bermula sebagai bisnis kecil di Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu merek sepeda global yang memiliki fasilitas manufaktur sendiri, kami dapat merancang proses dan menjaga kualitas dalam semua aspek proses manufaktur sejak tahun 1989 – mulai dari frame welding, painting, hingga assembly.

1. Product Development Project Support

Responsibility :

Managing request and product development project priority based on business needs
Creating timeline and resource estimation needs in every project
Monitoring and updating progress of every running project to make it align with the deadline
Preparing and providing the administration needs in every project
Creating report ananlysist of every running project regularly

Requirement :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in metallurgical/mechatronics/electrical engineering
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Familiar with Python and have interest in data analytical
Have high curiosity and good analytical thinking
Having knowledge about the biycle industry is a plus

2. Software Developer

Responsibility :

Do research and analytics in latest technology and adjust it with business needs
Develop applcation as scheduled project timeline
Responsible in end-to-end QA process in testing, software Improvement initiatives, and configuration/release management
Responsible in intense communication with the product owner regarding to software development process

Requirement :

Experience and capability in Laravel/PHP
Having knowledge of core CSS, Javascript/PHP and HTML
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Ability to manage multiple projects developed
Ability to work as individual as well as in team

3. PPIC

Responsibility :

Create production planning and master production schedule
Create weekly production schedule
Create production schedule base on raw material availability
Monitoring supply raw material availability
Monitoring schedule raw material arrival

Requirement :

Minimum bachelor degree graduated in industrial engineering major from reputable university
Have minimal 2 years experience in PPIC
Good leaderhip and strategic thinking
Detail oriented

4. Senior HR Academy

Responsibility :

Create planning of tranning curriculum, based on each departement training and competency needs
Conducts plan and ongoing strategic assessment of business-wide Learning program and initiatives
Play a lead in strategy role, overseeing the creation of content, e-learning, and other training materials
Maintaining knowledge in the departement, keeping it up to date with the latest training practices, trend, and technology for biycle manufacturing and retail sport business

Requirement :

Bachelor degree in all major of reputable university
1 – 3 year’s experience in learning and people development
Have good experience as facilitator or training assessor
Have experience in conducting analyses and develop solutions that will deliver the desired result through learning program

5. Product Development Project Support

Responsibility :

6. Finance

Responsibility :

Manage, monitor and ensure accurate and timely payment process to vendors
Manage and monitor the transaction process and reconcile the company receivable balances
Check over each of the usage of company cash and balance in accordance with applicable financial procedures
Check and verify bank account reconciliation data
Perform financial anlysis and make the necessary reports related to their duties and responsibilities

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in finance management, accounting, mathematic, or statistic is perferable
Fresh graduates are welcome 1 year of finance & accounting experience will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Good problem-solving and time management skills

7. Sales & Distribution Representative

Responsibilities :

Acting as business consultant with B2B customers in sales area-in-charge
Controlling sales reports and business reviews periodically
Doing market survey analysis

8. Purchasing

Responsibility :

Dealing with global supplier to carry out all the activities necessary to purchase raw material in compliance with given cost/time/quality requirements
Perform the assigned purchasing activities with procedures and provided system and tool
Monitoring the shipment delivery process, to make sure the raw material needed fulfill the required lead-time process

Requirement :
