Lowongan Kerja PT United Family Food (Unifam)

Saat ini PT United Family Food (Unifam) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Head of E-Commerce

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related major
Minimum 5 years proven experience in a senior e-commerce role within the FMCG industry
Experience in handling online sales strategies
Strong expertise in digital marketing & e-commerce platforms
Excellent communication skill, creative, & detail oriented
Strong analytical, logical, and problem solving skills
Willing to be placed in West Jakarta

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to optimize sales and profitability.
Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Identify and manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and third-party service providers.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team

2. Head of PPIC

Job Description :

Responsible to calculate and review all material requirements (quantity, moq orders, type, lead time, etc) to serve as the basis for making orders
Working together with production department to schedule production orders based on demand. Estimate and schedule incoming inventory requirements to fulfill our production plan
Responsible to analyze capacity and raw material requirements and coordinating any necessary adjustments to make an efficient production plan.
Responsible to manage stock level of raw material needed, including finished goods inventory
Responsible to make reports, analysis, and interpreting data.
Deep understanding for the whole MRP process and have experience using ERP systems

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management or related major.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience handling PPIC department from growing local companies (FMCG preferred).
Have good communication skill, attention to detail and problem solving.
Strong in data analytics using advanced Ms.Excel (pivot table, etc).
Basic English skill both oral and written.
Willing to be placed in Cikande, Banten

3. Head of Region

Job Descriptions :

Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy
Achieve Sales Revenue in the region
Maintain effective relationship with distributors
Provide a routine company sales reporting such as forecast vs realization, sales pipeline, and product focus.
Review and analyze coverage area, focus on fundamental sales (Register Outlet, Active Outlet, Call, Effective Call, SKU, Items Per Transaction)
Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of any field
Experience in General Trade as Regional Sales Manager in FMCG Industry minimum of 3 years
Proven Sales Track Record
Excellent in communication, negotiation and data analysis
Good in Microsoft Office
Advance in Excel will be advantage.
Understanding the area to be placed

4. Brand Manager

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree of Management/Marketing/Statistic
Having 1 year of working experience as Brand Manager in FMCG company
Master social media platform: content, post, insight, etc
Intermediate skill in English both oral and written
Excellent in Microsoft Office (especially Ms Excel dan Ms Powerpoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Willing to be placed in West Jakarta

Responsibilities :

Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Responsible for brand profitability, including close monitoring sales performance
Managing product innovation roll out to enter the market, including stock transition monitoring, sales projection and strategy
Optimizing brand awareness and visibility by working partnerships with the agencies
Develop strategy and road map to sustainable marketing tool using digital media
Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research

5. R&D Packaging Supervisor

Job description :

Coordinate with suppliers and external parties to propose packaging innovation ideas.
Conduct research for continuous improvement of existing packaging.
Supervise and conduct trials of packaging development for lab and production scale.
Ensure that the packaging materials used are in accordance with the quality and food safety requirements.
Conduct product shelf-life testing.
Develop packaging material specifications, BOM, and documentation related to packaging development.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree of Food Technology/Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience as a R&D Packaging.
Understand basic food packaging material & specification
Understand technical drawing and project management.
Mastering quality and food safety standards: ISO, Food Safety (BRC, ISO 22000), HACCP, VACCP.
Proficiency in drawing software such as CAD/Adobe Photoshop/AI.
Intermediate English skill both oral and written.
Willing to be placed in Greenlake, Tangerang

6. Head of Area

Responsibilities :

Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the Area
Maintain effective relationship by visiting
Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales
Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of any field
Experience in General Trade as Head of Area (Sales Supervisor) in FMCG Industry minimum of 3 years
Proven Sales Track Record
Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis
Good in Microsoft Office
Placement: All area Indonesia (Jawa, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Papua)

7. HC Recruitment & Compensation Benefit

Responsibilities :

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process using a variety of search methods.
Ensure legal compliance and handle HC policies.
Handle related to employee benefits (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan).
Ensure for all employee carry out annual medical check-up.
Handle administrative needs for Human Capital team.

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or related major.
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in FMCG company in the same position.
Required Skill(s): attention to detail, Communication, Microsoft Office, BPJS & Tax, HR System & Database.
Basic English skill both oral and written.

8. Product Development Staff

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Food Technology
Skilled in laboratory & formulation skill
Have knowledge and skilled in Halal Assurance System
Good in Microsoft Office
Good communication skill, analytical thinking, innovative and creative
Willing to be placed in Greenlake, Tangerang
