1. IT Application Development

Job Description :

  • Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
  • Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
  • Design creative prototypes according to specifications
  • Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
  • Perform unit and integration testing before launch
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
  • Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in a Corporate or IT role.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or other related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Understanding of IT systems and processes.

2. Corporate Finance and Accounting

Job Description :

  • Collect company funds in terms of investment and debt
  • Manage short-term finances
  • Analyze potential funds
  • Regulate the distribution of profits obtained
  • Make financial reports
  • Compile necessary data and analyze it against company revenue
  • Conduct interpretation of financial results

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, finance, or other related field.

3. Business Consultant (Sales Representative)

Job Description :

  • Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company
  • Assist in fulfilling the administrative needs of customers
  • Stay updated on market dynamics to identify opportunities for selling company products
  • Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities
  • Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales consultant, sales engineer, business development or a related field

4. Secretary to Director

Job Description :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars for executives or team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Facilitate effective communication between executives, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and take minutes during meetings as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reports, managing invoices, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs as required.

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably as a secretary, within a relevant industry or organization or related field.

5. Corporate Legal

Job Description :

  • Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
  • Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
  • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.

Requirements :

  • Fresh Graduate or maximum of 2 years experience as a Corporate Legal
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25

6. Research and Business Development: Mineral Engineer

Job Description :

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in the mineral industry, including market entry plans and client acquisition strategies
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including mining companies, government agencies, and investors, to explore partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze geological data, exploration reports, and market intelligence to identify potential mining sites and investment opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to business development initiatives, including interpreting geological data, assessing mineral resources, and optimizing mining processes.
  • Assess the technical feasibility and economic viability of mineral exploration and mining projects, considering geological characteristics, resource estimation, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years of experience in related field
  • Minimum Master’s degree in Metallurgy, Geology, Mining Engineering, Mineral or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25

  • Capable of speaking Mandarin, it can be considered a plus point.

7. Research and Business Development: Hydro Engineer

Job Description :

  • Has responsibilities in conducting Feasibility Studies, Planning and Design, Project Management, and Environmental Evaluation to be able to develop, and ensure operations can be carried out appropriately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in the hydro industry, including identifying new markets and business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to business development initiatives, including interpreting technical data, conducting site assessments, and optimizing project designs.
  • Conduct research on hydro industry trends, including market demand, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
  • Assess the technical feasibility and economic viability of hydroelectric projects, considering factors such as water resources, site conditions, and environmental impact.

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years of experience in related field
  • Minimum Master’s degree in Hydrology, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00

8. Research and Business Development: Wind Engineer

Job Description :

  • Has responsibilities in conducting Feasibility Studies, Planning and Design, Project Management, and Environmental Evaluation to be able to develop and ensure operations can be carried out appropriately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in the wind energy sector, including market entry plans and client acquisition strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential wind energy projects, including site selection, resource assessment, and feasibility analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, communities, and advocacy groups, to address concerns and gain support for wind energy projects.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including project cost estimation, revenue projections, and investment returns, to evaluate the financial viability of wind energy projects.

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Minimum Master’s degree in all Science & Engineering Major.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00

9. Internal Audit

Job Description :

  • Make an audit report, gather and compile audit evidence, including data analysis, interviews, and document reviews, to support findings.
  • Assess and appraise the performance of operations, finance, and accounting functions to determine their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track remediation actions taken by management.
  • Develop comprehensive audit plans outlining objectives, scope, and methodologies for thorough examination of internal controls
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to communicate audit objectives, findings, and recommendations effectively

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Auditor, Accounting, Finance, Risk or other related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management.

10. Application Engineer

Job Description :

  • Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needsOptimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades
  • Contribute to sales presentations, as well as demonstrating prototypes and completed applications
  • Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures while improving code and re-designing tasks
  • Generate ideas for software innovation based on market trends
  • Document development processes, procedures and application version histories
  • Keep up with advancements in application engineering and new technologies

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Application Engineer, Engineering Consultant, Project management in Agricultural Industry

11. Instructor Operator (Experienced)

Job Description :

  • Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors
  • Observe the operation of heavy equipment
  • Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes
  • Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Able to speak English is advantageous
  • Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training
  • Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck

12. Management Trainee Service Department Head (MT SDH)

Job Description :

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the department
  • Plan and coordinate service activities, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality services

Job Description :

  • Extract large volumes of data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Develop data-driven solutions for the most pressing challenges.
  • Create new algorithms to solve problems and build tools for automating work.
  • Communicate predictions and findings to management and IT departments through data visualizations.
  • Provide recommendations for cost-effective changes to existing procedures and strategies

Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics.
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Data Science/Data Analysis or a related field.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Experience with data querying languages and statistical or mathematical software (Phyton)
  • Proficiency in writing algorithms and determining when to apply them.
  • Excellent understanding of statistics, multivariable calculus, and linear algebra.
  • Advanced coursework in machine learning and programming.

14. Export-Import Associate

Job Description :

  • Prepare the documents required for the import export process
  • Understand PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Code, COO and regulations regarding      exports and imports
  • Coordinate with agents/forwarders for the shipping licensing process
  • Checking draft export and import documents (PEB, PIB, Bill of Landing, Certificate of Origin)
  • Monitoring delivery to ensure export import goods arrive on time at the warehouse
  • Coordination with PPIC and warehouses, regarding export and import activities
  • Create import and export transaction records
  • Review paperwork to ensure shipping, storage, and customs fees are billed correctly

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Transportation Management, or related Field
  • Freshgraduate or Maximum 2 years of working experience in Export-Import area
  • Good understanding of PDE PIB/PEB Module
  • Advance skill in Ms. Office
